Values: At PICI we align our values with our customers and the health and safety of all employees in the workplace. PICI operates to manage compliance and the complexity of regulations through our project managers in our PRO teams. Each new hire, professional and technician is assessed by Management, the PICI technical team and Human Resources before starting employment at PICI. Pro team members are required to participate in skill-based and safety training at the onset of every new project. Central to our success is project compliance standards following the PICI Charter of Excellence: through our organizational structure daily huddles, sustain integrity, trust, respect and adhering to our principles of diversity and inclusion.
